Solaire Convection Conversion Kit.

This kit can but used to replace existing U-burner or to replace Solaire Infrared Burner.  – If replacing Infrared burner, need to re-position igniter electrode (loosen screw, move electrode in slot to height of burner, re-tighten screw.

Includes : Stainless Steel U-Burner and Vaporizer. InfraVection is a concept for the griller who wants to experience infrared grilling while keeping the [comfort zone] of a traditional convection burner. It’s also great for the sophisticated outdoor chef who wants the widest range of temperature options for the ultimate in grilling versatility.

 

• Burner dimensions:  6 5/8″ W x  13″ L x  2 1/2″ H
• Vaporizer dimensions: 10″ W x 12 1/4″ L x 1 1/2″ H

 

The Solaire design allows for easy conversion from one burner type to another. All-Infrared Solaire grills are converted to InfraVection with the purchase and installation of the Convection Conversion Kit available for all sizes (except Solaire Anywhere).
